60lvl cape worse than a 37lvl cape?

and get a bad cape?




I think GM should make some changes on this BS cape or I still cant use it. 60lvl item should not so weak

Those 15 resists difference seem to be worth 20 main stats, which seems odd and at this point, both items would have been equal. When you now add the item lvl difference, anyone should come to the conclusion, that the stats on BS cloak are off and additionally the item level for sentinel cloak is wrong.

I may try later but I have try 6 pcs not a good result and i dont know if 7pcs bonus help much..
