Contribution between Characters

I seem to recall seeing something in a recent(ish) patch notes that said if you switch between characters (same faction) you'll keep RvR zone lock contribution on both characters rather than only on the last one you played. But I cannot find this info on the forum now so not sure if maybe I misread it, or actually imagined it!

Can anyone enlighten me?

Not seen that, would surprise me if they did this as my understanding of the need for wiping contributions and role if u take another char in a zone was ppl taking all alts and doing 5 min rvr with each and gaining from roll chance and bonus roll addon for all toons
