[Shaman] Need some actual update about this class

Hello guys ,

I'm new to RoR , can you guys give me some info about Shamans :
1 - Heal
2 - DPS
I read most of the topics , and see that Shamans got massive nerf , and to be usefull on my team i shoud be full heal or dps ,if i understand correctly.
Can you give me some build links for full DPS , and full Heal - that is actual at the moment.
