[Shaman/AM] Tactic

Identify the issue:
Burst O' Waagh / Empowered Lores … As it is, at the moment, this tactics seems rather useless because you will propaly run with either full Gork or full Mork Waagh (dont know the AM terms) at all time because of the missing mechanic.

Resolving the issue
And i dont really know, if this possible at the moment with scripting and all. But maybe change this tactic into the "old" Shaman/AM mechanic. When you slot this tactic you spend all you're waagh, but instead can cast 1 instant spell of opposit waagh... Or maybe someone in here might have a better idea, of how too change this into something that makes sense.
