Was in game but crashed now get this.

i cant even get in the gae to see character selection

I have the same issue, i downloaded the game using the installer, launched the launcher and the update got stuck at 58% of a file (tried several times it always got stuck at the same file at 58%) .
I reinstalled using torrent, same problem, tried to re-download the launcher all without success.
Can't seem to find anything about this on the forum.
