Hi

Is it normal that in tier 2 we don't loot any gear from the PQ's chests ?

How can i get better gear then if it's normal ?

I'm lvl 13 with full gear lvl 7-9


(i know i can get pvp gear)

I wanted to know if all PQs are like this past tier 1 or if it's a bug.

Cause i wanted to lvl my char by doing PQs but it's kinda impossible with my actual gear.

If they are "Easy" PQs there's rarely anything decent in the chest. Try the harder ones and you'll get decent gear including sets like Mayhem, Havoc, Ruin. However, you'll probably need some help to complete the final stage(s). If you are Destro give me a shout and I'll be happy to help out.
