Unauthorized error?

Hey, I am new, hello everyone. Just trying to get this started.
So i had this error originally, so i put everything i could to run as admin.
Fixed it, but then i got another error.
Performance Counter Library issues.
So i followed the topic fix i found on the forum and that fixed that.
Now i am back at square one, with this same error and everything is in admin mode.
I do not know what to do now. help.

Thankyou Dana, i found your post on another topic. I unchecked read only and everything works fine.
