Chaotic Attunement not applying.

I did a search on the bugtracker and couldn't find this reported, so i'm asking here
if i should report this bug or if it's known and on the "to-do" list ?.

Anyway.. the tactic for Maguses called 'Chaotic Attunement' is bugged and
on random will not apply the "instant cast" feature on daemons, nore the "zero AP cost"
on Deamon resummon ability.

Should i file a report on the bugtracker ?.

it's a tactic set bug not appling sometimes (happen to toerh tactis too), i experienced it too, simply swap tactic in out fix it. Not sure what cause it tought since is pretty random

So it's still bugged. Tested it 2 Years ago but as I don't slot it I didn't really care it wasn't working properly more not than often.
