Question about Add-On Folders

Because of some performance issues, I was going to install all the modules and addons found from this post.

viewtopic.php?f=66&t=30050

However, I realized I have many folders for add ons - i have an addon folder from viny ui, and then there's addons in a separate interface folder. So addons in User and addons in Interface. Within the user folder, there's the global and Martyrs Square folder that both have their own set of addon folders.

Could that be a source of performance issues? Is my game trying to consolidate redundant addons? Should I just be putting all the addons into the global folder under users? Under the Interface folder and Addons folder?

Simply put your addons in the interface folder. All the other folders in your profiles are probably addon settings for each individual char.

What about the ones in the Global folder as opposed to Interface folder?

There are individual characters one, but like you mentioned, those are probably addon settings

The global folder is created by the game aswell. If you wanta clean new install just delete your profiles foder and your addons folder and then put the addons you like in your addons folder. The game creates the profile/global settings on its own. Deleting your profiles folder also means you delete all your addon/ui settings. Hope this helps

Just ot be clear - delete the addons folder under User or Interface? Don't want to accidentally delete the wrong thing.

I've been testing it out, and it seems like the big problem is MGRemix, whenever I repeat a harvest, it seems to clunk up my game.

Scarfaxes fixes were supposed to be patched in to the client with todays patch so theoretically you shouldn't need to install the addons any more. However, I haven't seen anything related to this in the patchnotes, so maybe someone from the team can come in and clear things up.

I saw that, but I didn't notice it in the patch notes either so I was going to manually do it myself if they werent included.
