Banish Darkness doesn't reduce Repel Darkness CD

Is it a bug, or was there a nerf I'm not aware of?

10 sec cd only with 2handed weapon.
Snb 20 sec cd.
80+ | Chosen | BG | BO | Knight | Choppa | Zealot | DoK | Shaman | AM | RP | WP |
40+ | IB | SM | SL | Engi | Mara |

Create a ticket on the Bugtracker and ask for the 2h cooldown reduction to be added to the tactic's tooltip.
