So the only two archetypes that need to be concerned with rampage are mdps and tank. Both of which have knockdowns, punts, and here and there a stun amongst other cc to limit the time in which a slayer can be hitting you via rampage. What tweak would you make other than making it higher in mastery points?
Brynnoth Goldenbeard (40/80) (IB) -- Rundin Fireheart (40/50) (RP) -- Ungrinn (40/40) (Engi)-- Bramm Bloodaxe (40/83) (Slayer) and a few Empire characters here or there, maybe even an elf.

the same way a lot of stuff around slayer enter in the battlefield as balance "problem" or unresolved issue such
-role of cd increase/decrease and actual balance and combo access (classes locked out from main feature aoe such engi/sorc & chosen/IB)
-GoM and rampage in wb format (physical dps problem in rvr between the realms)
-lack of choppa/slayer core aoe/rage build
-aoe cd decrease being better than st CD decrease instead have half value.....
etc the list is long.....on top of st mastery of choppa/slayers....

Choppa is strong dd.
No need 80 rr to do dmg.
70 rr is good for left+right tree build.
All mele Dps need heal and guard.
I prefere dual build with GTDCH skill. Ofc it’s single target build.
Problem is with crit chance. On live server in t3 39 lev invader gear i had 47% mele crit chance. Now only 25%.
I would like to see a little rework. Maybe choppa kd without drop rage component?
No need 80 rr to do dmg.

with all due respect allowed, tell me where the balance lie between shatter limbs and tired alredy......is not rampage only and i could care less if sguig have access to the same thing. They are both wrong in value for the same reason as is rampage. Fundamental value flaw between ST and aoe.....It's clear what skills are the correct ones and what arent.
drop da basha/numbing strike and tired alredy are correct skill, shatter limbs (and so Choppa fasta) and rampage arent.....aswell as other skill on mara/wl prove similar value such primal fury/mutated aggression
(25% dmg increase with 1 min CD vs 100% block/parry ignore with 22 or 30 sec CD/ watch also GoM 100% armor pen ignored with no cd at all)....
these skill (GoM aswell) could be just value/duration fixed (or rather duration and CD made consistent between similar effects) they dont need a balance process....then we could agree that the rest of choppa/slay is not gold and held a correct classes balance for both and add wh/we/wl aoe department aswell..

20 seconds is way to high for a cheap core ability ... makw it 5 seconds or 3.

So that 1 knockdown,disarm, pull, or punt makes it useless? Not to mention the fact that the number of gcd’s in which to deal dmg is greatly reduced. At that point why bother with the AP and rage drop to use the ability to get off two attacks? Even with cooldown as it is, if we are talking 1v1, Slayer gets to use rampage once per fight, maybe twice in a evenly matched 6v6. I can see it being reduced to a 10 sec ability regardless of yellow/red to satisfy the tears, but that should be the minimum. So typical that a Choppa thread devolves into a nerf Slayer thread. Why don't we just buff bleem em out and call it a day. You can't even run power through on dw slayer without getting killed too easily. What that means is that rampage used in red is almost useless and if you use rampage in yellow still 16 seconds of its 20 second duration are going to be in green and yellow (aka ur dmg is gonna be lower). It's still a great skill but yea, its not a core ability either as some one suggested.
