Guys, it could be more professional to prevent people before removing an item from the game, could you give us a week at least next time ? Because when you plan something and it becomes impossible, some frustration is created, which is the opposite of what we are looking for while playing this game.

Especially when there is no need to remove an item from the game, it's not like we have a lot of choice, and if it's a skin problem, just use another one, who cares, they will grab the new item if they want the skin

Also, could we have the bonus of the new items when you deploy a new patch ? It's ok for discovering but it's also a good motivation to know what you'll get !

And last thing, with the limitation when we'll have 200-300 people from each side, frustration will be present, I don't get that rules except if it's for some server stability ;)

Stability and easier for us to scale up or down things related to forts.

1. what is the incentive to spend paragon-/exemplar-seals on the new items, please? (since they are proccless-subjus)

2. so if "invader is the fortress-gear", is it only achievable by bagrolls from participation on fortress-fights, or is there a collectable currency & merchant for the stuff too?

It can be gotten from bags from forts and fort will also reward invader tokens. The invader vendor was not ready for todays release but is coming.

But when is a Fortress Attack starting?
Do you need to lock a set of t4 zones?

You need to lock a zone near the fort to attack that fort.

So if i participate now in a forts fight i get invader bags and invader currency even tho invader salesman is not yet ingame?

Pop limit created a very negative atmosphere through WB of the same realm and saw a lot of people fighting each other.
