Re: 2.9k
Nice. You can push it to 3.4k if you get the target super debuffed and bring along a few damage modifiers from Sorc or DPS Shaman!

Re: 2.9k
I would even say 3.5k from personal experience.peterthepan3 wrote: Fri Feb 08, 2019 5:14 pm Nice. You can push it to 3.4k if you get the target super debuffed and bring along a few damage modifiers from Sorc or DPS Shaman!

Re: 2.9k
Lest more posts like this emerge from the woodwork:
* Magus had 8 stacks. This means that he was allowed to remain stationary for up to 16 seconds. Stationary Magus that is allowed to freecast = quite possibly the deadliest force in the game
* Slayer was possibly enraged, but even if he wasn't he was still: a) away from guard/detaunt range; b) debuffed resistances by the Magus pet (his ele resistance was probably close to 0); c) probably not running a huge amount of toughness
* Bolt of Change has a very high tooltip value, and is among the top 2/3 abilities in the game for damage
* The Havoc Magus is literally designed to blow up single targets
tldr; this was an entirely normal thing to happen when you factor in the above, and is not indicative of anything wrong with balance.
Cheers.
