How do supplies at BO's operate now?

We can double check, but afaik, when someone use portal, those at portal miss a tick.

Droppoints = points to turn in Resources at warcamps. Sorry for the maybe irritating wording^^

Boxes add up to those supply ticks from bos, but seem to sometimes bug the system.

I'm wondering if it has something to do with https://github.com/WarEmu/WarBugs/issues/12786 OR https://github.com/WarEmu/WarBugs/issues/12166 how turn-in flags at keeps have not been faction aligned now for a while. I started noticing that some months ago but don't know if it is actually affecting anything.
