Nice try, the chosen and blorc block tactics are on a 10s ICD not 3 and have been for a LONG time. You also seem to be ommiting Votriolic Judgement.
Wait, you blame me that tooltips doesn't display proper information of abilities ? Regardless 3s or 10s its still morale boost gain tactic on a tank which you don't have on Order.

And why are you comparing morale boost gain tactics with morale drain tactic with 25% chance to proc with condition to hit from behind.

@mepmep (and very generally speaking)
Changing the "moral problem" to be a tactic slot close-to-mandatory would just move the issue to an other place instead of actually solving the problem. Kinda like Age of Reckonic did with BW/Sorc mechanic overperforming and inveted Trival Blows instead of fixing the root of the problem.

By no means do I claim to have invented the wheel, but this is one suggestion that was made for a Moral-ability system that is not based of M2 direcdamage dumps making tanks have nightmares over their Deftard specs not doing anything against this playstyle. The suggestion have flaws, can be exploited by coordinated groups or guilds. But it was ment to spark thourghts of thinking outside of the box, and deffo not just to mirror one Moral ability that has already been "called out" to be a problem.

I have stated that Id like to take a bigger look at morale and thats still something I aim to do. I just have not had the time to do so yet.

Been a whole lot of suggestions on how they could be altered.

Tested Territorial Aggression and melee sh needs some armor penetration a bit cause very hard vs 2h tanks if tanks with armor talismans its almost useless (crazy mititgate) ! So my ideai is in new tatic instead of +25% bonus dmg change to 25% armor penetration or 20% at least ...

p.s my sh with max weapon skill

Get some friends on marauder and any other tank with Demolishing Strike morale? Yeah, I dare ask you to group.

if only 2h tank around and i'm alone stay after fight he can be at 50% hp so i should run away? without any chance cause crazy mitigate ?

p.s main problem in phisical dmg cause 23 wepon skill not equal 164 armor talisman, 23ws gives 1,7% armor penetration and
164 gives 3,73% armor bonus so armor talismans give 2 times more stats
