So just checked out the SW Sentinel 5 pc bonus and it is Compulsion: On being hit 10% chance to reduce cooldowns by 1 second for 10 seconds.

So I just gotta ask: is this a joke? This is literally the worst proc anyone could have every thought of... Its a defensive proc that reduces the cd's you use by - ONE - second... This is a class with a total of 1 defensive abilities (besides detaunt ofc but the 7 pc bonus helps that out) with a 30 s cd. That means there is a 10% chance when being under pressure to lower my cooldown of the only defensive ability this can possible assist in (not to mention if for some reason we're using a defensive proc to lower offensive CD's this will lower two 5 seconds CD ability 20%, one 20 second by 5%, and one 30 second CD for ~3% effectiveness) helping defensively roughly by 0.3%...

This just seems like it was a mistake to put in the game or maybe a typo for 5 seconds or something...

Maybe it isn't written very well, maybe it means for 10 seconds, you get an extra second off your cooldowns, ie, they go twice as fast?

That means there is a 10% chance when being under pressure

if i'm reading it right, that's incorrect. 10% chance on being hit. if you're "under pressure", you've probably taken more than 10 hits, which means the chance to proc is almost garuanteed

if it refreshes itself it could basically read "your cooldowns are lowered by 1 second" if you're getting hit at all

Any chance it could refresh itself and decrease your current cooldowns for more than 1 second in 10 seconds in the end?
