I believe this is due to your host's ISP at OVH.
A recommendation would to be to deploy an authentication/login server in the US as well as the one currently deployed in EU hosted by OVH.
46.105.54.77 has been added and whitelisted on my network and still, 0 progress is made.
I'd contact OVH if you're unsure as to why USA/Canadaian users are having issues logging in unless VPN'd to UK/France/Deutsch.
I've traced this as far as I can go, as your host is blacklisting on subnets or otherwise.
I am willing to work with the Development team to get this issue fixed once and for all.
