For orvr you really dont need fs but for sc and small scale it is doing pretty good it cut the burst quite significantly. Whatever position you take there is always milions of pulls and WE pop or smart tank play
Dodge disrupt do too little nowadays it is usefull as filler cos it is cheap

Mostly harmless
