Yea, it was already pretty certain nothing was going to come out of this but hey........at least that emboldened line seems to hint at Redeye (meh) requirement being dropped in future. Hope remains alive.o/

I did run gunbad a few times, when it was "fresh", but as far as I remember there weren´t any quests for running it 3 times to get a set piece in the beginning. So the advice to run stuff when its still fresh, is a rather bad one.

But you get the point, right?

Would be better to wait with run for after implementation of the quest and do gunbad afterwards. Because the dungeon was(is) quite nice, just takes a bit too much time for me. Now I already saw the dungeon a few times (the excitement of the new stuff is gone) and running it now for 3 times with each character sounds like hard labor ;)

Does the staff realize that forcing players to do something they don't want to do makes them not want to bother at all with the new content the staff has worked so hard on?

Examples - Removing power leveling before tiers were merged to force players into questing and using low level pq's to level because the staff wanted ppl to play their PvE content. That didn't work well.

Forcing players to debolster to get gear before tiers were merged. Barely anyone did it. Again that was anti-fun.

Now recently abandoning the ward system that was on live and forcing players to do a dungeon that isn't even a t4 dungeon to even have access to the new dungeons. Again, making players and entire guilds not want to go through all the hoops just to PvE more in a pvp focused game. The worst part of all? Some classes have their BiS gear from the city dungeons. I repeat, BiS gear from a PvE dungeon in a PvP game. You are doing the community and yourselves a disservice by sticking with this ward system that is basically destroying any chance of most people even trying out the new content you all worked so very hard on.

Doesn't seem very reasonable at all. Inb4 snarky comment by some staff member that thinks any of this is a good idea soley based on the fact that its his way or no way at all.

If it’s not fun just don’t do it.

Also, Redeye is fully T4 set and Gunbad is fully T4 dungeon.

Address the issue with some classes getting BiS gear from PvE and I will gladly not care about any of this stupid warding system at all. Until that time, its a problem. And most other players see it that way too.

And don't worry, I'm already not doing any of these dungeons until you can get wards with PvP gear like on live. Just wanted to extend some friendly advice on how to get players to play your content. Guess you guys don't mind players ignoring it all together.

12 hours is probably a huge game time to be full redeye ... dunno if you got your pvp gear in less time .

The only requierement for pve gear is wards (you don’t need to be renown X or Y to wear the gear) you only need to do the dungeon line .
