Gender change

Hello,

Is it possible to change my gender?
Or can a GM be kind and change my gender?

I dont want to start a new character for only the gender :(

Gender is your social sex or identity, and affects how other players treat you. Your biological sex can't be altered, at least not in this timeline, unless you are a follower of chaos, one never knows.
I guess in Warhammer40k there will be more options.
For the first point, just kindly ask other player to call you with the sex of your choice.
