Tactic oppressing Blow

Because the only good tactic for the chosen in this server is broken and there was

Bug reports on this Torquemadra not want to fix this he say '' there is no problem outside of a paperdoll line up, its criticalhitrate overall not melee crit so you get a tasty crit boost to those throwing axes....'' Soo for him Tactic Oppressing blow that give 15% crit hit rate ITS ONLY 1% CRIT CHANCE FOR THE 2H WEAPON !!!!!!
The only tactic for the dps chosen is broken and useless there is no need to use and to waste space on tactic slot for 1% CRIT CHANCE and this is only for 2h wepon
so my question is can you fix and change this 15% crit hit rate for 15% crit chance so which will enable us FOR THE FIRST TIME HAVE SOME DPS
