login issues

Hi guys,
returning after a bit of a break and currently not able to get past the launcher. No matter how long i leave the launcher on, or restart etc, it always has something to "download." Is there a way to get around this?

At the top of the download page, click download > download all as zip. Then extract the completed download.

It'll be a lot quicker.
