Problem of Wrath of Hoeth

I use the Addon Buffhead
which can show the buff or debuff on the head
All other buff i use is normal
But the WoH m which can reduce enemies spiritual resistance 'bug"
it is AoE tactic. Should be all enemies which have been hit should deduced a certain resistance
but the buffhead only show the only one target get the debuff, the other target didnt get the debuff
which means if u use it to hit 5 destro, only 1 will get debuff
I try it many times still only 1 get ( not because of the parry or block)

is that normal or a bug???

Since the new patch already make my SM low dmg than before
I think is the heaven's blade problem
but now i use buffhead know another reason maybe it make SM weaker and weaker

It's an issue with your buff head not SM I can assure you it lowers resist. Second SM do crap ton on damage as some that has one at rr42 rocking basic gear I still rekt shop. Second I played with you and agaist you its your build bro not the nerf to heavens blade.
