[Shaman] DPS rotation discussion!

Hey All,

Q: 1. What is the best dps rotation for shaman currently?
ex) Ele Debuff > int dot > lifetap dot > main dot > Brain Busta > silence > lazer beam

Q: 2. Do both Ele Debuff stack?

3s before the first dot tick so put up 2 dots before debuff.

Also If you break those first two dots up with AP drain the 3 dots will timestamp.
Follow with Ere We Go > BB > BW > BoW and the whole rotation will be within a gcd of those dot ticks all around 12s
