Can't connect

In launcher the connect button is grey and does nothing
Tried running it as admin, unchecking "read only".

Whenever I launch it this pops up:
Error: System.IO.IOException: the process cannot access the file "D:\Films\WH\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\ART.myp", because it is being used by another process.

Are you still running the torrent? It could be locking the files

1. You are still sharing your client with torrent
2. You maybe have another cession running in tack manager and you will have to kill it.
