SOLORAMMING: a rising problem

Its RvR time, you find a wb, fight the enemy realm, get some BOs, sometimes wipe... Its all good.

But some players want to play double-agent, not just regular xrealm when the balance of power tips over, they spawn a RAM alone, go to the enemy keep alone and place it on outter door like a present, obviously ruinning the efford of all the players of that realm wanting to dominate the zone.

I whispered a GM and I was informed that if the ram goes to enemy keep, that player won't be punished for it:

I only play destro and witnessed this a couple of times, does this also happens on order side? I think this toxic behavior shouldn't be allowed without punishment on either side. Sometimes GMs tell me they'll keep an eye on the player, sometimes they tell me its within the rules and let it pass.

The question is: What do you think?

So the guy solo picked a ram, and brought it to the enemy keep alone...maybe the guy is: a) new; b) a bad player with limited social awareness? I don't think either of the aforementioned are too far-fetched to believe to be the case.

It was a veteran player which I've seen plenty of times in the RvR (who have been banned not long before), if it was a lvl 25 or so I would have considered a noob move and simply laughed

Doing things just to spite is already sort of covered in the rules but we cannot add things to the rules that could possibly strike someone who simply dont know the game as well or simply have a different strategy from the meta.

or a party.....

I understand your point, right now SOLORAMMING its not a widespread trolling move but could easily scalate into a constant problem in both sides... Imagine both realms doing this filthy guerrilla tactic to each other? Remember what use to happen when players could reset keep lord willingly, they did it on a regular basis and things had to change.

Do you recall when players were able to spawn cannons and leave them in their warcamp? A single player being patient enough could spawn lots of cannons and deploy them anywhere, rules and restrictions were changed unabling that, for the sake of gameplay balance.

I was hoping with this post to raise some awareness and prevent the unattended backyard fire turn into a kilometrical forest fire

I've solo carried ram plenty of times when realm was too lazy to move out of BOs on their own.
The only issue for me is when majority of players can't read /2 and don't follow Ram (happens usualy at evenings and weekends).
