This aura eats my bw alive. I am taking 258 dmg a tick from this.
The tank doesnt even need to do anything and I will die. If you put a few dots on and use the channeled withering heat ability.
You will be half dead before the channel ends..

There seems to be little damage mitigation applied to it as well. Between this and melee damage from tank and my combustion.
Dont even bother hitting a tank with this aura.

Its too slow to be good in any situation outside of 1v1 or 2v2/3v3 without healers. The game is balanced around group play, not dueling.

You should consider finding new healers if they are permitting you to die to this ability that has an ICD.
