Fury of Da Green bugs?

Was just trying it out in CW, Fury of Da Green was healing the ram if I targeted an ally near it. It also doesn't seem to give it's AoE heal effect if you have yourself targeted, only heals you. Seemed 100% of the time on both of those for the 5-10 minutes I was testin em both out during a siege.
Destro: Chompy, ShroomStew, TrollBlood, DoomBeast, DoomDoctor, DoomDisk, Doomshadow, FunkFoot, Bloodwell
Order: Stormwall, Mistfall, CatNap, BoomRune, Bangman

it also heals engineer mines and game objects like portals

Is it on the bugtracker? That'll make it easier for the devs to track and fix.
