Need help ingame (not a technical issue or something the RoR staff needs to fix)

So I finally decided to download & play this game because of how much I loved playing it when it was still up and running by Mythic. I even talked my boyfriend into downloading it so we could play this together in addition to our WoW time. The problem is we're broke as a joke and we have crappy gear. I've tried looking on the auction house for some gear but it is way too expensive to buy. I still haven't decided on if I'm going to level up a zealot, sorc, DoK, or WE. All of my characters are rank 4-11 with my zealot being the highest ranked one. My boyfriend is playing a choppa and is like rank 4-6 I think.

The reason for this post is to ask if anyone would be nice enough to send me a few gold (even just like 5-10g would make me happy) or gear we could use and possibly some talisman crafting materials so I could make us some talismans. We've been doing questing while waiting for a SC to pop but it seems like not that much gear drops in SCs like it used to when the game was live & neither do emblems to get renown gear. The PQs and various quests we are doing provide crappy gear, most of which only have like resistance on them with no actual REAL stat.

Get green RvR gear from the capital or warcamp or level to T2 and start doing PQs to get Mayhem PQ set.

The problem is the RvR gear costs coin with the exception of the set pieces & weapons which cost an insane amount of emblems. We have been doing the PQs as we've been questing but aren't having much luck getting set pieces. Even when I'm the only one there & get one of the big loot bags they don't have set pieces in them.

Need to do hard pq to get a guaranted piece at end of any level hard pq in the tier is fine as you can rank up and then do the low level hard pq.

Hard PQs close to your level, sell green gear you receive from player and mob drops, and get another few people to run the sacellum dungeon in the inevitable city when you hit level 16. You'll be geared up in no time.

I forget, do you have to be the "appropriate level" for dungeons or can a higher level player run it with me?

If you need gold get a butchering in capital around apex and collect all mats from boars etc. Then sell everything with left drag to vendors. Easy way to get gold for cheap green talismans and rank 16 mounts.

Sacellum dungeon and Altdorf sewers can be ran by any level, but I don't suggest doing it until you're at least level 16 and have two tanks and two healers.
