Just curious with client control will we or can we add an option of conquer or Dominator gear in t4 bag ? Something I was just curious about. Just gives another reason to play after geared .

Conqueror is already given in gold bags as long as you're r40/rr41. Doubtful we'll see scenario gear in rvr bags, though.

Dominator being acquired via SC is an incentive for people to queue for SC. If you make Dominator drop (in the guise of either gear or currency) in RvR, then it removes an incentive to queue for SC. RvR already offers a plethora of rewards over SC.
