DoK vs WP

I know none of the mirror classes are really mirrored, what do these classes do different? Does one heal better, does one dps better?

Well, all order healers have an advantage over destro healers. In this case, WP has better RF generation, has a +20% healtactic that stacks with other such things, their AoE detaunt works 30ft around the target, contra 30ft around the caster, and they have a disrupt tactic. Lacks party cleance M2 and their cleance is overall worse, but healing is definetly stronger.

For DPS, DoK (arguably?) has the upperhand due to dual-wield, permanent healdebuff from tactic, option to spec for very good AP drains and I personally like devour essence a lot more than sigmars shield.

That's pretty much where most of the imbalance stems from.
The core abilities and tactics for mirror classes tend to be the same.
