An Error Occured... Could not connect to Login server

After updating the launcher (my files are not 'read only') the connect button is grey. When I type in my username and PW and press enter, it gives me "AN ERROR OCCURED..." "Could not connect to Login server"

I've read all the stickies, done all the advice suggested by moderators on the forums. I've done the cmd as administrator and restarted computer, I've gives the game files full access in my firewall etc.

When I joined RoR Discord to ask for help, someone started helping me but then I got kicked from the RoR Discord server, and now when ever I try to join back in for help, in two to eight minutes I get booted out again.

I'm trurly sorry if I broke any rules I was not aware of. I love the game and I've played on the RoR servers before. Could someone help me find a fix?

EDIT: I've also installed the direct X, and tried relaunching the Launcher several times.
2nd EDIT: Using VPN to connect to UK doesn't work either.
