Well, what can I say - if you want to have more RvR stuff just join the team and do that, same to everyone saying 'pls more rvr'. The rule that devs work on what they want at any given time applies here too - I currently enjoy tinkering with PvE more than RvR, simply because I don't have to bother with playerbase mentality and finding ways to "fix" it.
put vendor in city with some new gear is so hard?
many ppl have tons of medallions and they could buy some new items for it, like potions, talismans and ofc new gear
simple vendor with items, we don't need more
How ungrateful you sound. You have Conqueror, Annihilator, Subjugator, Genesis & Imperator/Overlord gear to acquire. You know that the team are working on Forts, and with that comes the new sets of gear.

Have some patience.

It's not hard, it will just never happen. Want new gear? Great, there is some nice PvE for you.

It makes sense to wait to add more PvP gear until some type of new PvP content is added.

It's funny that you have a guy saying he would rather work on PvE because people complain about PvP too much. Then someone continues to whine about PvP.

It's nothing new to this game. Its always been about PvE and PvP, people have a hard time grasping that. After LotD came out people would complain about how good vulture lord gear was. Saying it's a PvP game and nothing good should come from PvE.

Personally I think if your focus is PvE there are better games out there. Healing and dps rotation/priorities are pretty boring and simple relative to other games. And the fight mechanics were always buggy and exploitable. That is not directed at the current development team, I think they actually do a good job with what they have to work with.

I think you should play if you really enjoy the PvP and the PvE is something you can do on the side if you enjoy that type of thing or when nothing interesting is happening in PvP at the moment.

Gear and progression makes the game more fun, but it shouldn't be everything. If you dont like the game at its core and constantly need a carrot, maybe the game isnt for you.

In the classic implementation of city sieges they were intended to be PvP with opposing groups fighting around and supporting NPC heroes. And in the beginning they were with some really epic fights.

But in time what happened is they became PvE farms with warbands shopping for open instances where they wouldn't be opposed OR with premade WBs shopping for instances full of PUGs so they could easily wipe them and just get on with the PvE.

Grunbag , about the ward for the next dungeon.
Is rvr/sc gear (anhi , conqueror , dominator) provide ward or only pve(redeye , onslaught)? Or both ?
And wich level of ward the next dungeon required ?

If you're not having fun then don't play. I come and go as I please to check out the changes or updates they make and if I don't like them then I take a break... I've been on a break for a while. They seem to be happy with the current state of orvr though, so I just come to check out the class changes.

played on live and here as well, i didn't find RoR until January 2016, played for about 4 months , then quit for a year. i came back in April 2017 played it again for 6 months then quit until last week.

overall the game is ok , however pve was never Mythic strong-point, DAOC had very bad pve, even npc AI, and animations were so bad it was laughable. Then Mythic made Warhammer online, and again they could not do a very good job at pve. They also failed to capitalize on their crowning achievement which was 3 faction pvp.

In an interview years ago Mythic stated that in order for RvR to work properly, you needed 3 factions.

This is a fun game to play, but if you like a good pve experince, along with RvR, you can look into this game, its still in development, but it looks promising.

The game is a year, or two away, however if it turns out ok, its where ill be moving to next.

some ingame pre Alpha footage , its similar to Age of Conan, and Darkfall, player homes, city building, Castle sieges for control of resources, can destroy player built cities etc.

Yeah the concept was cool. It was a large instanced PvP battle that if you won you gained access to the end game PvE instances.

There were problems with the execution of the concept, which the above poster mentioned. It ended up being too hard to actually push stage 2 on a server that was competitive. Virtually every PvP instance had to win stage 1. Which meant that the defending side could stack a single instance with their best players and the attacking side couldn't. So you were bound to lose at least 1 instance unless you pushed during off hours.

Some groups did set up off hour pushes, but it was a bad design. So instead of fixing that system so it worked they redesigned it completely. The redesign wasn't terrible, but I think it would have been a better system if they could have made the original design work. But I like both PvP and PvE, not everyone who has played this game does.

Only PvE gives wards. You need all wards to access next dungeon. Wards are acquired from equiping piece of gear.
