On a server with a decreasing population, that's easier said than done.
You hear that argument every Summer.
And in autum the fights start anew thill you have around christmas exploding RvR zones.

As for currently we are getting new players every day in the guild who have never played here before.

About population decrease/increase.

All of this is a big Work In Progress. Some part may be interesting, some less. Some player may agree our choices some wont. Some player will enjoy the game for what it is at a specific moment, and some are looking for more chalenge/content.

I always invite people to come and see, and if they don't like it, to take a break for some time, and come later. Actually according we probably have 50% of general content, population isn't a big deal. We try our best to surprise you days after days, but our initial goal is to make the emulator better.

We must all keep in mind this is first a WIP before a private a server. My position will be different about this the day we will replace ALPHA by BETA. :)

About PvE vs PvP

According team members are not commutables, they work on the part they can deal with. Some are confortable with PvE content, some with PvP. Once again, this project is a large Work In Progress.

Sounds like really you are gettung burnt out. If thats the case take a break from the game. If your looking for an older mmo w ALOT of pve, i suggest lotro. Lotro has plenty of pve as that game is focused on that style of gameplay.

Its easy to burn out of a mmo, again suggestion is find another mmo if thats your type of game you prefer
Fenaal- SM 40/84 Drezden- BW 40/7×

Fanaal- CHO 40/79 Greebao- SH 40/70
Diedrake- Magus 40/6x

2. PvP is a grind.
there is your mistake, if you don't like to fight ingame without any carrot on stick - better to find something else. WAR was always RVR oriented. PvP is wrong term i think, you can't fight with your own faction + in pve you are unflagged by default, duel is doesn't count. In true PvP games there no limits for it.

i am not fan of large scale RvR too, small scale/sc/ToVL invasions (on live) that all what i liked here and continued playing even with full rr100 gear and etc.

I am talking about this because i saw so much ppl in this and other MMOs which is drop game or frustrated when they are reached a lvl/gear cap limits. Thats weird. Spent so much time on it without joy.

About gunbad i have two different feelings. First of all original gunbad was a lowbie instance and was soloable by T4 toon. Like DPS dok/wp. So outside dye farm it was kinda useless on live.

New one is better in term of rewards and counters at all, but it's not PUG friendly anymore.
It's require much more time, voice and some knowledge. And this tendency which i don't really like and why it's will be ignored by majority. But it's my IMHO and i can be wrong.

Why i am talking about PUG friendly - first instances must be a PUG friendly to introduce PVE for most players, so IMHO all instances till LV, including BS, have to be easier and noob friendly to keep interest in PVE at all. Common, it's not ToVL/LV in term of rewards to make them so hard and so long.

If you mean new content are PvE you’re right .

Don’t forget that city siege use pve mechanics and scenario mechanics (instances code is necessary to have it)

Also , the dev here rebuild oRvR with merged campaign. There is guild involved and we worked hard trying to make the guild standard working (we still have issues but 90% is done)

I know what you are talking about , like a lot of player you are waiting for fortress / city siege . You’ll have it don’t worry , I almost finished next dungeons and we will have Pve at same state than conq . Now we have our rvr system working , pve at dame level as rvr and we can build both PvE / PvP next content all together and don’t make one aspect useless.

I also added 3 new scenario map , so I’m not sure we did nothing for pvp the past patch notes .

city siege . You’ll have it don’t worry
i am wonder how do you see city sieges at all? as original PVE with bosses without instances? as 4 giant heroes from both sides like in rr100 times? i wish only one thing, to see GM/devs as Boss player instead of scripts :) thats can be much more interesting than hank and spank tough bot. As i heard such thingy was in Ultima.

If you want to have easy PvE gear you have Ruin and Onslaught.

The rest is an invitation for players to start grouping, even if that's just PUG groups.
