I want to ask general question, does it only happen to me situation like this?
Server location EU, my country PL I guess not a ping issue, but yet...

Nah it happens to everyone. Dunno why exactly but I believe its simply horrible WAR code :P

Its to make sure poor underpowered Melees dont get trashed by OP ranged classes. :^)

Get this a lot with really laggy players. They can hit you from that kind of distance, and then you struggle to hit them when they run away @ 80ft...
