Server/character select screen

So i boot up the game through the launcher and get to the character or server select screen and then there isnt anything to click other then cinematic/credits/settings/quit. here's an image of what i see whenever i get into the game.

Seems you are not on the server. Are you using "Rorlauncher.exe" to begin with?

yeah, i am. actually, do i need to get the other one that doesnt come with the full install?

Not necesserally afaik.

Have you stopped your torrent ? (important)
Have you moved your game folder in another place ? (recommanded)
Is the folder NOT read only? (and especially "mythicloginservice.xml") ? (essential)

Torrent got completed; the folder is technically on my desktop and doesnt require permissions to modify anything in it; and i just set everything to not read-only and it still gives me the same screen.

Edit: whenever i do launch the launcher it downloads the manifest.

i guess the content of your folder is still read only sadly.

i also dont have "mythloginserviceconfig.xml" in my game folder

well, it didnt work. same screen as before.

Edit: im currently redownloading the game and adding the xml to the folder in hopes it works.

Edit 2: it seems redownloading the game fixed it. thanks for helping me Yaliskah
