game won't start

Hello,

This morning, I try to create a new character and game crash. Now I can launch the game, but the screen is lock on 'looking for allies'. I cannot see my characters and there is no play button.

If the problem comes from the characters created, could you remove them?
I just wish I could play with Tapny.

By creating a 2nd account I had no problem to connect.

Yes I can play without problem with another account I just create.

Server was down maybe, try log again

I stay log at 'searching allies' all this night, when I wake up my launcher say I was eject;
When I try to relog my main is here and I can play with him
