[Lost Items] Winterly's poopy monday.

I was so excited to start leveling my choppa all day! When I got home I logged on to my character "Winterly" to check if there was any guild related things going on and to buy some gear for my choppa.

Once I bought this gear: Strength Cloak of the Lover, Gale Runner's Skully, Gale Runner's Tuff Chest, Gale Runner's Sholdaspikes, Gale Runner's Stompas, Gale Runner's Punchas, Bloody Sholdaspikes, and two Gale Runner's Choppa.

Items that I had by farming, not buying: Skully of the Bandit Queen. Also I sent 10 gold.

These items that I just listen were sent from character "Winterly" to character "Default". Once I sent these items I pressed my "ESC" key and hit "logout". I selected my choppa named "Default" and pressed play.

I went straight to the mail-box ready to pick up my choppa's items. I selected the option "Take Items" for both pieces of mail that I had recieved. After doing so I walked over to the souls and was ready to level so I open my inventory. This is where I did a back-flip in my chair. SOME OF THE ITEMS WERE GONE!

The following items I am about to list are the ones THAT DID make it safely to my inventory: Gale Runner's Sholdaspikes, Gale Runner's Tuff Chest, Gale Runner's Punchas, Gale Runner's Stompas, and my 10 gold.

Items that WERE LOST when I hit "take items": Strength Cloak of the Lover, Gale Runner's Skully, two Gale Runner's Choppa, and my Skully of the Bandit Queen.

I really have no idea what happened here. My Choppa is a new character and not all backpack bags were bought for him, so not having enough space for the items when I hit "take items" could be a reason that I lost them. I do not know for sure though.

I would really appreciate it if you could return the items I have lost.

EDIT: After thinking this over it has come to my attention that maybe you cannot just spawn an item and return it, but instead just give me a refund in gold. Yes, I would lose my Skully, but this would atleast be another answer to this problem of mine.
