Seal of the Paragon/Exemplar

Does anyone happen to know what the best way to farm these is?
I've been trying to get some for my Disciple, as a healer, but I only seem to get 2 for zone locks that can last up to 4-6 hours. ...at that rate it's going to take me a year or so.

Each RvR warcamp has a repeatable quest that will award you 10 after killing 150 enemies I believe. Always turn it in asap and join the zerg to get lotsa kills if you wanna farm em fast.
Destro: Chompy, ShroomStew, TrollBlood, DoomBeast, DoomDoctor, DoomDisk, Doomshadow, FunkFoot, Bloodwell
Order: Stormwall, Mistfall, CatNap, BoomRune, Bangman

quests + small roaming grp is best.
SM8, SW8, AM8, WL7, KoBS6, BW6, WP8, WH7, IB8, Eng5, RP5, SL6
BG8, Sorc8, DoK8, WE7, Chs8, Mg8, Ze7, Mara8, BO6, SH7, Shm6, Chop4

PIck quest, get in grp, keep sieges [be it attack or def] are great. On longer zones you will be able to give in quests few times.
SM 85 / IB 83 / KOTBS 83 / WL 82 / WP 72 / SW 75
CH 77 / BG 6X / BO 6X / WE 6X / MAG 6X ...and others.

I've only found 2 quests for Paragon, one for CW and one 100 kill one- but I've just about given up on Sacrifice DoK healing so it's fine.. thanks though.
