bw/sorc are the faster class to level up,

-st grind till t3
-st grind in skaven dungeon in t3 till you can get annihilate in mastery
-respec aoe-->build combustyion to 100 with stuff like fire breath etc--->start with fiery blast spam on group of skaven then drop annihilate, profit!
-build st in rvr if you have not a group or hybrid; if you have group wb build aoe profit even more.

Well if you like the scantly clad elf but want to solo a WE would be a better option but it would be no less harder to play just for different reasons.
