Marauder REND bug

Hello, been lvling my mara now, and ive noticed a bug i have that seems only happen to me:S asked around some none has it.

Okay to the problem, the rend abbility deals 0 dmg if i dont Refresh the arm i have, it dosent aggro the mob cus 0 dmg, if i switch to another arm than back to the one i use i can use it for that fight then it randomly stops working agian, so before i do evrey fight now i gotta refresh the arm and hope it works.

Anyone else that had this problem and know how to fix it ?

Cus asked serval marauders and none seem to have that problem :S
