Burst kills, mitigating a single AA worth of damage is 'fancy' ~ mitigating a single AA worth of damage within a burst window can make or break you.

the thing is that with stats rising with rr60-80 sets you will have situation where even healdebuffed heal will do more than bubble. So why use bubble then? Not to mention that some heals /direct ones/ proc different goodies while from bubble u got nothing. Willpower should effect bubbles size so they stay relevant to stats progression, simple fact and that will become more obvious when new sets with more stats become available. We literaly experienced that on live and back then bubble where worthless


PS When i speak about bubbles i mean these that comes from healers classes skills, not some fancy 3-4k bubble from morals

Currently all bubbles, but Zeal/RP/WP/DoK and morales come as freebies without tradeoff. While I see where you are coming from and in a sense agree, the impact of a change like that would arguably be negligible considering the amount of (class specific) bubbles that can feasibly and reasonably be utilized.
At the very moment the majority of bubbles do what they are meant to do (e.g.: IB/BG, whereas IB>BG given the specification), not necessarily in an overwhelming manner, but we aren't at live-level uselessness (besides mdps Dominator procs outside of <large scale> ORvR) just yet.

All things considered, provided the Devs stick to their approach and figure out a way to properly pull off a horizontal progression - that satisfies the carrot:stick ratio and overall perception; combats stagnation - rather than a steep vertical one like on live, there won't be as much of a powercreep going forward either.

So, fingers crossed essentially.

bubble is insta.
pop it and earn precious 1 or 2sec for big casting heals.
that 1sec can save tank and prevent wipe.
i save it for emergency insta dmg block.

Bubbles are great for dealing with bw rotations. Pop um just before BB ticks and you are golden.
