He forgot about staggers. It happens when u cant do anything - move, use skills, turn etc. Classes that can stagger you are chosen/ktbs, zealot/runepriest, Desciple of Khaine/Warpriest, magus/engi, Witchelf/Witch Hunter, very ocasionally Sorc/Bright Wizard. That CC share same immunity timer as Knockdown/Silence. So if youve been knocked down, you wont be staggered for rest of that immunity timer usually 30-40s.
