Disconnection Issues and problems with AntiMicro software

I'm currently having an issue when I've just installed the game and started to play. I automatically disconnect if I move around, it seems fine if I stand still. It also logs off when I click off the window for any extended period of time, though this could understandably be normal.

The second problem I'm having relates to AntiMicro I'm using to play RoR. It apparently doesn't work when I click on the game window. This is the very first time I've encountered this problem and I have no idea what's causing it. When I click off the window it begins to work as intended again with my right stick controlling mouse movement.

UPDATE : Well I've looked into it more and I'm starting to think my internet is too slow to play this game. It seems to disconnect when I move with other players around. I have very slow internet but because this is an older game I thought it wouldn't be an issue. I'll just ask you guys how fast my internet has to be to play this game and if I'm just too slow I'm just not going to play this.

ANOTHER UPDATE : Sorry lads, did everything I could find to reduce disconnects and I still disconnect when around other players. This game isn't for me. Thank you all.
