Character Selection Screen Bugged?

when i log in my toons arnt loading nothings happening the black information box when characters start to load just stays blank and nothing happens, is this me or server? i havent logged on in a couple days

disregard this it just worked for some reason not sure what happened took about 12 times of reloading the game
