Some questions about the mechanics

I recently back to play and of course i miss many changes, so i ask:

- conqueror 4th bonus domination, on hit i have the chance to steal 100 toughness, this mean i increase my toughness of 100 ? The enemy will lose 100 toughness of it's only a self buff?

- rvr contribution, if i join sc or pve zone do i lose my contribution?

Just 2 questions for the moment.

I believe you only lose contribution if a different character gets rvr flagged. So it should be prefecly fine to log a different character standing outside of the rvr lake to send potions etc. I also heard that rvr flagging in T1 will not affect T4 contribution but never tested it myself.
