Computer Shutting Down

Hi

After the last RoR update my computer starts to overheat fast and restarts without warning.
This only happens with RoR I can play Total War Warhammer, World of Warships, World of Warcraft, EVE online for hours and no craches.
I have updated to latest Nvidia Drivers to a avail.

Any ideas ? Thanks.

this engine is gamebryo/lightspeed, hence it is not particularly gpu intensive. it relies on single cpu core. Back in 08 gamebryo got physX upgrade and a patch with shaders, but unless you have anything below geforce7 then you have no worries on the gpu. check cpu / fans. update chipset drivers. Memory leaks are a possibility and that's my first place after checking for cpu dust bunnies.
