How to farm dragons?

For anyone who cares, the usual sun dragons in Saphery are killable by destro, but the kills do not count in the ToK. Seems like dragons are intentionally scarce.

They count as eagle kills.

Wyverns are armless, magic-less, unintelligent, flying lizard beasts.

If a Dragon heard you compare it to a Wyvern you'd be roasted on the spot. Otherwise it would toy with you before roasting, perhaps sending you on a quest to fetch it shrubberies or a herring.

Back on live we had a group grinding the Dragon somewhat south of Destro wc in DW, took maybe 4-6 hours to get 1k kills needed for the cloak, can't remember since it was ages ago. It should count as a dragon here too but not sure if the respawn time has changed compared to live.

as warg said - if dragons are implemented they should have some abilities just to make sure you need more than 6 hours grinding to get someting. nothing oversized - maybe just a 10% chance to get a call for the mother to protect their hatchlings you "farm".

I swear i remember a dragon in that pq near the order base in Dragonwake. Dont know if he would count. Its been years since i pved so im not 100% sure.

perhaps a tad late but i just found one flying around cinderfall (rank 41 champ, non-hostile), but when i taunted him out of the sky i got a few hits in before he flew off again - seems to just carry on patrolling the skies instead of staying to fight properly
