I think increasing this from 5 seconds to 10 seconds would be greatly beneficial for BG. Its the only 15% crit amongst the tanks that has a mechanic cost to use (Spending hatred). They already have so much trouble managing abilities i think that this would very helpful to our loldps BG friends! let me know what you think blackguards.

I think that 10 seconds would make this mechanic trivial. If you are running this tactic you are probably running crimson death too in which case you already have a ability you want to use on cd every 8 seconds that spends hate. This would make it so you trivially have 100% uptime of the tactic(maybe it should be? Can still debate that too). I personally don't mind where it is at 5 seconds. It just means you have to get into a rhythm of weaving in hate spenders along side your debuffs/buffs. I personally like this rhythm and think it is easy enough to keep at least 90% uptime of the tactic. Since our other abilities have long durations (usually around 20s) you can easily pick and choose and rotate. It requires more effort yes, but makes it fun in my opinion.

Filled with fury is the only crit tatic that 1) must be procced (unlike the chonsen's one and IB one) 2) is low tier (15% against 20% of blorc/sm during finisher).
IMHO should't be 10s, because the way of playing bg is to proc things. But should be higer (20/25%, due to low uptime).

its fine. saying this as rr70 BG owner. the one who need fix now is IB. BG now have its 2h KD. IB should have Rising Anger tactic removed. This was two most fundamental differences between IB and BG.

So is other tanks punts compared to BG punt shall they make all equal?

Bg punt is useful when you have 90 hate... useless in a lot of situation. I will choose the chosen superpunt with tatic everytime.

I agree. Order has a lot of ranged dps and you get kited a lot, it makes it hard to keep all of your abilities up in these moments. It should either have the value increased or the duration. But i feel 15% is fair Its just a pain to keep up when you're also trying to assist, keep DP up and Guard your target. Its easily the worst crit tactic among the tanks, mechanic wise, just in my opinion.
