Blank White Map

First, apologies if there is another thread. I looked--did not find one. I "Searched"-- came back with nothing related..

Second, the description. The map is not totally white. Jut the area that we do stuff in. Also, Landmarks and Quest markers show up. This creates alot of confussion on how to get to places!

Third, Remedies tried. I have tried /rel, relogging, and restarting to mixed results. Most of the time it does not correct.

Reason this happens, perma fix, and workaround fixes will be highly appreciated!!
